Muscle weighs more than fat. Sounds like you haven't passed the equilibrium between the two.

I'm like 90% fat, so going to take a while.

I'm the same way It takes a while to get any progress the other way, but once it goes it's steady.

Welp, just think how much you might have gained if you hadn't gone to the gym -

This. Just look in the mirror. You'll notice you shape improving much before the scale. Also depending on the type of exercise your weight could go up or down indefinitely (although the rate decreases with time because it gets exponentially harder). Like there are bicycle riders, and then Dwayne Johnson... both are seemingly very healthy but the weights are very different. Both have almost no body fat though.

Also we have this fat friend who always lies uses the muscle weighs more than fat excuse all the time claiming he is strong underneath LOL. It is a true thing though, weight is a terrible metric for results. #getFitNotThin

In my experience with misfires usually spark plugs, fuel injector cleaner, if not maybe a bad coil pack... (only problem with the fuel injector cleaner is it takes a full tank of gas almost usually before it starts working)

(I can't vouch for the proper ohms reading but if one is doing something the other ones aren't that's probably the bad one..)

Yep, I agree. Back in the day it was an easy diagnostic and fix.

Just pull off the spark plug wires one at a time till you find the one that doesn't change the idle speed. Replace that plug with one of the better looking plugs from the bag in the trunk. Yep, a 1/2 beer job.

Well now the computer tells you exactly which cyclinder it is [sometimes]! (Too bad you have to take off all the engine accessories just to get in there now a days though)..
