New Turbo Kit Sneak Peek(Ptuning)

Just to add it's one of the few kits, that I know of, that's low mounted, had speed density in mind when it comes to tuning, utilizes the factory header (also compatible with aftermarket), uses oil scavenging, uses stock oil pan, no hot parts in the engine bay (keeps heat away from the motor), retains easy access to pulleys and belt, etc. No cutting of the crash bar is needed and no removal of the oil pan either or any other permanent changes. It seems like it can be restored back to stock very easily.

What some people won't like is that it ditches the washer bottle, hopefully there will be future revisions or an option that retains it. Some may chalk that up because #Racecar but others see it as a necessity.

It's a turbo system that unless you know those pipes are intercooler charge pipes, you'd think is completely stock. I personally like it and it's worth the premium.

Air to water intercooler. Perhaps top mounted but maybe not.

Looks like a great kit, top quality for sure. I'm not a fan of using the stock header, especially with a cat (that can come apart) in there. This adds about $600-1000 to what is already one of the pricier options. I love the attention to detail, though. If I were in the market and already had a header it'd be on the top of my list.

Just slightly pressing the throttle instead of pressing it all the way

Thanks for the vid. It certainly shows the disadvantages of all that pipework.

Can't wait for mine.. I thought the washer fluid and battery situation was only for those dealing with the the WMI setup.. Not that I mind.. I'm already thousands deep into this kit but I would hate to cough up more money for a slim battery..

That's the blow off valve opening and closing as the throttle is modulated around the turn. We're driving on a wet road. Video of car going sideways was not in the clip. Lol

A mini battery is NOT required for our turbo system. It was on our turbo frs to shed some unnecessary weight for the track.

We're expecting to have everything by end of month.

We'll try to get more videos shortly
