I was going to link the People of Walmart site, but nah. If you really want to go there, Google it yourself. I'm not accepting the responsibility of making it too easy.

edit: at least partially NSFW

So since I worked it out to have a 2.5 week break between this job and the new one, I decided on a super last minute trip.

I'm going back to Japan . I've gotta be insane, but oh wells!

I already have plans to meet up with some 86 guys I met and have kept in touch with from my trip there last year, as well as someone else I met with an R34.

Found out there's a big car show called Automesse in Osaka while I'm there, so I booked a hotel for a night over there so that I can go.

Also trying to see if I can go to Fuji Speedway.

Pretty excited!

Except for the small chance of contracting coronavirus.

Maybe instead I can just contract a kawaiijapanesegirlvirus. (jk)

As I recall S.S. Kresge, Woolworth and Zellars all had lunch counters. Funny thing too, they were all located near the toy section. I agree though, Woolworth's was the best. As a very young boy if I was good my mother would treat me to a pop and we'd split a small order of fries. I'd sit there sipping my soda pop out of a conical white cup held in a plated round holder. I'd pick up a French Fry, dip it into some ketchup and then spin around on the stool and look at all the toys. Ah, the memories.

Thanks!

I gotta say I wasn't expecting to be as enthralled with Japan as I've been since visiting last year. I think about it almost everyday.

Next time I go I want to explore the mainland more. I usually only spend a couple days in Tokyo on the way back. I am also thinking next time I go to Okinawa, ship a bike, and cycle the perimeter.

The Wal-Mart in San Jose were down right scary and violent. Here they are pretty good. My closest grocery store is a Wal-Mart grocery, which is nothing but a grocery store. Great prices, clean, and fast checkouts.

I worked at a Sears in San Jose as a teen that had a great lunch counter, also a great candy counter in the middle of the store. Remember those? i worked in Sporting goods, and one time someone didn't show up, so they asked me to work the candy counter. They never did that again. I think I gained 5 pounds that shift.

Sears was right across the street from the Saddle Rack.
