Ain’t that the truth. My great grandfather passed away 106? 107? With full hair & daily walking & fair amount of farm/yard work. I honestly don’t wanna live that long, but I want his strength to move til that old. If I’m that old & can’t move, just kill me lol

I feel mostly the same. But I'll say because of these health issues lately I do want to make sure they aren't related to that. So we'll see.

Yeah I feel you. I still play soccer (on the wkend) & “try” to exercise between lunch break at work.

I’m more worried about teeth/dental. My family doesn’t have a good rec of great teeth…

Preface:
Type 1 diabetic talking here.
I make a distinction between low blood sugar and hypoglycemia. My definition is low blood sugar is the reading of my blood glucose meter. Hypoglycemia is when my brain is lacking sufficient glucose to function properly. Continued low blood sugar leads to hypoglycemia.

My mother's dementia reminds me of when I have been severely hypoglycemic.

From Apple Watch. For the avg distance a day, the histogram showed that before December I was averaging 4 miles a day (makes sense because it was before it got cold and sporadically rainy the past three months).

I struggle with that too. I have heard a lot of theories why. Some genetic, some due to asian countries not using fluoride in water, which wouldn't apply to us. I used to get accused of eating candy all the time as a kid when I didn't
