Yeah they wanted to keep my car for like 3 weeks while they waited for it to come in but every time I drop it off it has at least 20 more miles on it so I said I'll keep it until the part comes it

Spoke with my SA, and they put in the order for the chirp parts. We'll see how it goes I guess, they said it will be a couple weeks.

I called Toyota today for the status of my car. The service manager told me the car will be able for me to pick up around 5 O'clock today. He told me Scion did some investigate on my car and they thought that the last HPFP they installed last time was defected so they are installing a new one in for me. If I'm not mistaken, he also mentioned about this HPFP is new design or something. I hope i don't have to go back to the dealer after this time. Good news is I just won a 20k lottery ticket and ready to get some serious upgrades for this car

Can someone post the TSB from Toyota/Scion? The first post has the Subaru version but I want to show my Toyota dealer their version. I asked the service writer about it to see if they had the HPFP in stock and he just looked at me like I was speaking Harbor Seal.

At the moment I'm in the waiting room while they do the 7,500 mile service. They had to send a tech to the nearest Subaru dealer to pick up the oil filter because they didn't have one in stock.
