Yep, I "hear" that, sometimes. mrs humfrz is my ear ENT. She claims that I don't pay any attention to her. I tell her I didn't hear her. So, about every night she digs a ton of wax out of my ears. If she doesn't find any, I'd best be paying closer attention to her.

And those same people whining would probably ask $25K if they were selling it themselves.

Well, it has finally happened. Or I finally caught it.

People at my apartment complex love leaving food out for the feral cat population here (two separate groups, one has about 8 or 9 and the second has 3 or 4).

Was walking Haru about a half hour ago and saw a massive raccoon chomping on cat food left at the front door of one apartment. Fun.

Careful. Those bastards (raccoons - but also feral cat lovers) can get pretty mean really quickly.

The fewer of each species in my neighborhood, the better.

Oh yes. If you get enough racoons, they will eat up all the cat food and the cats will go away -

OK, what are they?

That would be enough for my youngest granddaughter, but, what would the rest of us eat?

The cats are constantly killing birds and mice in the complex and they've been known to attack peoples dogs for no reason. For the most part Haru scares them off but sometimes I have to be really cautious around some of them.
