That good to here , I still have not got defogger working will try the ascending order trick. also noticed when I added extra parameters for defogger it seemed to upset my RPM trigger, even if I had defogger stuff commented out , it still triggers but seems to trigger at about 1000 rpm instead of zero so got heaps of log files every time i went to idle. Running with no triggers it fine will have to look at it some more when I get time. Thanks for update. |

73 parameters is a lot, probably too many. I have tried re-ordering my logcfg.txt by memory address, I thought when the config file was parsed that it would be done automatically by the OP2 but if it helps then i'm not complaining.
I'll try this out with the defog trigger and see if there's any improvement. I've updated the logcfg.txt on my dropbox but it's not tested yet. |

Hey guys. Just wanted to let everyone know that I was able to successfully reflash my ROM with 10 revisions so far. The RR logger with OBD 2 "logging protocol" ticked works just fine but its missing a few parameters that aid with tuning. I can't wait to see what else is in store. FFS and LC would be awesome! FLKC logging would be amazing! Thanks!!

No trigger would make the tactrix start logging. You needed something from the OBDII (ECU) traffic to "kickstart" the logging. I never got that resolved, but you might be on to something. |

@vgi I tried out your config, commented out a few things and added a few things and it's working with the trigger! I have no idea what was wrong with my file, but even with the triggers commented out it wouldn't log for me. Thanks for providing that.

So you got the defogger trigger working now with reshuffling the parameters?

Either way, it works and I'm going to try doing some real logging on the way home today... Though sadly it will be a log of bumper-to-bumper Toronto traffic. Yes, the trigger is working. Before giving up on my own file I did reshuffle and it didn't make a difference. It wouldn't even start logging with the triggers commented out. |

Well BRZEdit had it really early on, no telling where Vishnu got it, presumably RombinHood coded it and put it in whitespace in the factory ROM.

Tinywrex was the first to provide a patch, NSFW then coded it up from scratch and posted up the source on the RR forums, this was then incorporated into Merp's work. Not sure where the OFT code comes from, but it's really quite a simple piece of code, not difficult to code up in C.
