Have a lottery for what farms can grow, and limit each to no more than an acre, New lottery every couple years to spread the wealth with farmers.

Tons of testing, so no products killing people.

Win all around.
Well, I just happen to be a retired real estate broker (qualified to buy land) and a retired agronomist (qualified to grow crops) and a retired manager of regulatory affairs (qualified to interrupt and comply with government regulations) and a retired manager of an agricultural research station (qualified to develop and test various plants) and a retired Army officer (qualified to arrange for security of the fields) and a retired marketing manager (qualified to set up sales and distribution) and …… wait a minute, what would I need you for? Oh yes, money, I don't have any money and you do -

Of course, I would need a company car (a C8 Corvette would do) and an unlimited expense account.

YES! I'll also plan the IPO -

Don't be overengineering this situation (like several people are advocating - ).

It's a fucking bedroom! Just how much time do you spend in there looking at the headboard? -

Just go to Lowes, buy a couple of Hillman black plastic plugs and push them in place. After a few days/nights you won't even notice them!

Finding a new shop.

Meanwhile, I'll put on my research agronomist hat and search the literature for the latest research into cannabis sativa genetic engineering (yes, we must differentiate out product).

Now, you will have to arrange your other investments for quick liquidation, because when the time is right we will have to move fast - with cash.

OBTW, I checked with the local Chevrolet dealer about my C8 company car. He wants a $10,000 deposit. I'll let you know where to wire the funds.

Oh, YES, this plan is coming together -
