Stay in 3rd gear for the slow corners and the S's. I only dropped to 2nd for that one left hairpin that's around 40 mph. I can't remember if I went into 2nd for the last chicane.

Don't go into 6th in either straight, and race drift 130R. But if you get that wrong, your lap is done. LOL. I gained the most time in the S's and at 130R.

I also wrung out every gear I was in. LOL

This track is so hard to string a perfect lap together. I had a few laps up +4/5 tenths and kept messing up at Spoon.

Spoon is main spot on this track I struggle with. I call it an abstract turn, those are the ones that get me. Pretty much all of Fuji, for example.

Do you use a wheel or controller?

I hate that corner, especially the last half of it. For what ever reason my car always veers off onto the turf, even if I hug the inner rumble strip. I'm sure I'm losing at least a second there and the subsequent straight from having a poor exit.

I use a controller. I really want to get a wheel/pedals soon, just lacking in space at the moment…

It seems my years of playing Gran Turismo are finally paying off here lol.

Do any of you use the motion sense to steer? I was pretty surprised by how good that could be back in GT Sport days, though just as I'd feel like I was getting the hang of it I'd have a massive crash. I ended up using the D-pad to steer since it was the only way I was ever really good at with a controller.
