Hello

Been lurking since the June of 2014. But finally got around to making an account.
2013 10 Series FRS.

Love the car, love the look, love the special color paint, looking forward to seeing what others here post about mods on their FRS/BRZ. Also a 240sx owner, used to be ae86 owner. Hopefully this forum stays friendly, supportive, and helpful lol. Unlike other forums.

I love the AE86 and the 240sx and so it was a no brainer getting the FRS just waited until they released the 10 series back then. (nothing wrong with base models, I just wanted the headlights lol)

The day the car was picked up a year back

It def has the bigger tips. From what I've heard the biggest difference is suspension settings. I have only driven mine so Idont really know.

Tips.
More rigid front suspension and re-tuning of the rear shock absorbers.
Shark-fin antenna.
Interior panel with a carbon fiber look
New key design.

Not sure of the key design. I have my 2015 Release Series 1.0 and it still has the old cheap looking plastic keyfob.

Fobs stayed the same. Actual shove in a hole keys changed.

Just bought a new 2015 FRS (manual trans)

Purchased with 18 miles on it a couple of weeks ago and will complete 1k break-in this weekend. Loving the car so far. Glad gas prices have dropped, but 93 octane top tier (Shell) ain't cheap.

Not planning on doing any mods at this time, but may consider it down the road.

My name is Jack and I just got myself an Asphalt 2015 FR-S 6MT and will be picking it up from the dealer tomorrow. It's snowing up here in Wisconsin right now so I am excited to get to in some easy drifting practice without killing my brand new tires!

Glad to see so many people here and so many resources for help with modding and FI, autox, tracking, and drifting! Heres to hoping the FA20 keeps getting more and more popular with more and more aftermarket parts.

A little about me, I've been working on cars since I was 11 or 12 was into the Honda scene when I turned 16. Started drifting when I was about 22 I had a fully built FC rx7 track car. I love working on cars so if ever you need an extra set of hands let me know.
