Yo, @Sapphireho, how is the open house going? If you're home, you shouldn't be.

Thank goodness it's a cool day for the open house.

Good luck snagging a buyer -

I didn't mind open houses where the owner existed at the kitchen table or something. Sometimes it was nice to meet them and ask questions about the area. My brother had one where the owner insisted on following them through, and swinging every closet open while proclaiming "LOOK, HUGE CLOSETS!"

But it never affected how i felt about the house either way.

Went well. had good turnout both days. There are a couple more listings this week on my block and the couple blocks around that I think help us. One with 1100sqft at $1000 a sqft. Another super ugly. It is helping bringing people by and they can see what a bargain we are. It will happen soon. I have fixed all section 1 items. I feel no need to lower price. feeling good.

Edit: it was a beautiful sunny day Saturday, and rainy cloudy day today. I didn't think we would have much traffic today, but it ended up having more groups than Saturday.

Glad you're getting good traffic through your open houses. I always found that Sunday open houses were better attended that Saturday open houses.

I'm glad you are remaining optimistic -
