how long before the hipsters start shaving their heads/faces, wearing suits and bathing because being a "hipster" is to mainstream?

Next you will be wearing ironic T shirts with scarves, have big glasses and be growing a beard.

There will now be 200 people here telling me I am wrong but you get no better sound from vinyl. The better sound is usually just the result of spending thousands on a system to play the albums. The same system will make a cd sound just as good.

CDs are only better if you use the green marker on the edge. You should know better.

No no no no You need black because it absorbs more light and the laser becomes more efficient! Noob

I also read that placing vinyl (we just called them records) in the back window of your closed up car on a really hot day will make the sound crystal clear.

On another note, I've spent the day in the back of a classroom waiting for the instructor's system to take a dump while simultaneously importing a set of sqlite databases into a single innodb structure.

Guilt-free browsing for me all... day... long.

I only buy vinyls. There's not a lot that sounds more right than a good 180g vinyl.

Soooooooogot got pulled over today for "took that on ramp a little fast there don'tcha think sir?".
All I could say was "ya I guess I did" 'cuz, well, I did. The limit on it was 40KPH and I was doing over 90KPH so he could have nailed me for "Stunt Driving" under Ontario law.
Got off with a warning but that was one cop that had no interest in chatting about the car.

Edit: DAMNIT wrong thread. This one is too easy to confuse with Random Thoughts now!

In Virginia, that's jail time. Needless to say, I limit my more enthusiastic driving to Maryland.
