You do know it is all from Toyota right ? so Toyota would never Compete itself. That is just a logical thought.

I posted this because It is so Interesting to see that now Toyota and Lexus decided to Step up their game. They have stopped making just Old, Plain, Bland, boring car Alone. They have Decided to Stir it up with the Enthusiast.

I am just Grateful for what Toyoda is doing.

Toyota, after leaving the Supra, had decided that Sport Cars are not Profitable, and they put all their heart into Family Vehicles, Hybrid. Now, they are again the BIGGEST Automaker in the World, and healthy. Please be Grateful for what they have decided to do.

After all, once again, Producing Sport car is just a Hobby to Manufacturer, because it does not Net in Profit.
Don't you get it? Toyota is creating this high priced jewelry so that they can go upmarket with the gt86 platform. By the time they produce a $75k and $100k coupe they will have primed us for huge price increases on the next generation gt86. I predict that will come in at around 37k. And we will be happy that it is still "cheap".

LF-CC looks like a nice new luxury sports car if you ask me. Keep up the good work Toyota/Lexus. Hopefully the sports car trend will push other manufacturers to put out new sports cars also...then they can thank the Twins for bringing it back ....thanks for sharing OP

At first I was like, ok.... neat....

Then the interior shot. Wow, I would not want that much screen real estate blinding me at night.

Then the car rolls out of the garage... I would absolutely not drive in one of those.

I'll give it this though, it looks like it has potential for some wide wheels. Those fenders look perfect for flare/pull, but who would do that on their 50k+ luxury car.

Every concept comes out looking all flashy, you really think those bright interior screen lights would make it into production model???

Jeebus, the front end is fugly. Why not just take the FR-S/BRZ design, scale it up if needed, throw 20K at the powertrain, suspension, brakes and interior, don't do a whole lot to the exterior (like fuck it up like that) slap a 45K base price sticker on it and make money? Let the aftermarket supply the ugliness like they are doing for the FR-S/BRZ.

Back end is "not bad" front end I don't like one bit. If I won one I'd sell it. Looks mean a ton to me. These little FR-S and BRZ look waaaay better to me. Price wasn't a huge issue when I purchased mine I liked looks more then anything I could find up to 70 grand so each to their own I suppose. While the new Lexus guaranteed is a champ I don't think its overall look is attractive at all IMO.

holy crap, both cars are fugly. I used to love the IS but they really messed up on this newer design. The GS pulls off the new look much better.

Agree with this 100% can almost guarantee that's the plan. Should be interesting the next few years for sure.

I'd rather Toyota focus on a true Supra but hey I like the effort.

A first-gen stock FR-S/BRZ will be worth money. I've seen it called "half a Lotus" (didn't like the engine) and being more than deserving already of being on the list of "classic" cars. It will evolve on it's own toward the ugliness of something like the Rocket Bunny, just wait.

Throw camry v6 in it, and shave off more weight, you are into the lotus
