for me there's no voodoo magic, if it doesn't crack and allow smoother/faster flow it's fine, I tend to keep my expectations low

So, which aftermarket header is a good choice for the JRSC CARB version?

If you're getting an aftermarket header, you should really ditch the CARB tune. It's designed specifically for the OEM exhaust.

None. Unless you ditch the carb tune. Then id recommend the ACE header which has been dyno proven with the JRSC to make delicious power by Delicious Tuning. Check the ACE header thread.

You can't use an aftermarket header with the CARB JRSC.

So one just has to deal with cracked stock headers...

If you crack your header with the CARB tune then congratulations, you're the first. A lot of R&D went in to making it as reliable as possible for both street and track use. In fact I've never even heard of headers splitting open before this thread.

it's been already noted that it has nothing to do with the quality of the tune and even Some stock cars had this issue

This is not a tune issue, but a stock header issue.
