1/2-1" lower to close the fender gap.
Replace useless analog speedo with something useful like oil temp, etc.
Side markers with clear lenses instead of amber.
Easily updatable head unit especially if you paid extra for the "upgraded" one.
Better looking exhaust tips that fill the diffuser cutouts.

Truth be told, I feel it's pretty close from the get go. I think they all should have come with the dual auto climate control and push start button as at least an option on all models, as well as the better headlights from the GT86.

Aside from that, the bit of extra punch and loss of torque dip you get by adding a header and tune makes the car bang on in my opinion.

If anything, for what we got here in the U.S., I think the starting price for each trim should have been about $1,500-$2,000 lower. Meaning the FRS and BRZ Premium start around 23k and the BRZ limited come in around 26k.

It's a good canvas as is. Could just use a few small bits here and there; nothing major.. But that's what the aftermarket is for.

I think most (if not all) of you have awesome ideas, and these ideas should be an option for the equipment you can add/change on your FR-S. That way, we can keep the cost of the vehicle down and still allow us to decide whether the additional equipment is worth the money to add.

The problem is this version of the car exists in Japan but not in the US.

I was joking about the roof vent hatch. However a club racer edition package without a bunch of nonsense cosmetic changes (AKA Release Edition) would have suited me nicely. This way I'd have a stock car for warranty and later resale.
Possible included features: catted headers with higher flow characteristics, oil cooler, intake, tuning for maybe another 25 HP, better tires with 8" wide wheels, slightly lower susension. Emissions might have been a problem though but if it was known a simple aftermarket reflash would yield that power I could live with that.

Toyota badging
A little more torque some how
Power folding mirrors
Back up camera (I only use it for parking)
Better sounding stock exhaust (subjective)
Blind spot monitor as an option

Of course this is to add to how the Monogram series sits.

BeatSonic like antenna, JDM exhaust tip - to fill the gap and better tires - comparable to continental DWS high performance all season inexpensive to buy $94-110 each. Then I could say perfect out of the box.

I really have no problems with my FR-S if I really wanted all those bells and whistles I would of gotten a Limited BRZ or Monogram series. The only thing I wish they did let you do was give you more customization options for the interior like the seats in the RS series or option for the HID/LED headlamps but I can live without those.

He's talking about your rear seat delete idea. Insurance is cheaper for these cars since they seat 4 right now as a 2+2. If you delete the back seat, insurance prices go up.
