+1 for the catted ft86sf header. I also have a Q300 exhaust (with invidia overpipe & invidia resonated front pipe). There was no noticeable volume change between the stock header and the ft86sf one with this setup. Just deeper/rumblier.

Nah not at all, it's just there. For instance I installed my P&L headers and started it up while it was on jack stands, and all I could hear was the nice sounds coming out the back. As soon as I dropped the car to the ground the in-cabin noise was noticably louder. But nothing crazy, just a little bit more 'race car'-ish now. FYI my setup: P&L EL catted headers, stock everything else except for Greddy SP Elite muffler. It is not loud at all, no rasp at all, has a deep growl that ramps up into an exotic howl 5000+. And a huge bump in mid-range torque (they are long tube EL headers), transforms how the car drives.

well it depends a lot on your header design and tune, not just uel vs el. I personally can't stand the uel sound, so I went el. plus availability of a high flow cat option was what I read looking for (emissions and sound). can't comment on the other headers, but I am extremely happy with my setup - actually I'm bummed because I'm about to install a kraftwerks SC and I don't think it fits with my header

I have a question .... I do not want to changue the ECU car electronics ( be afraid), install heade rcatted uel ,be correct without tune?
I know that not exploit the full potential of header without tune, but ... be some risk the engine, without tune?
Thanks!

It might be you some CEL (depends on the aftermarket header you have). Tune is recommended... but it's up to you.
