What? Couldn't do it at 35 but could have at 30? How does that work? That . 05 a second you spent in the dip caused you to not get past a Prius? You give the dip more attention than it deserves. I know I have never once had an issue with the dip so just can't comprehend these claims of not being able to pass due too it.

You had me! Was all prepped to go to war. I guess it wasn't just quite over the top enough for me to catch on. We could have had a great run with that if I had.

I'm sure Toyota would take your FRS on trade in.

that's why i picked a Prius and such a low speed - i figured that had to be such a ridiculous mental picture that folks would know it was made up. maybe Prius's are actually faster than i thought, and some folks have actually had a hard time going round them, LOL.

I bet I could dig through here and find at least 50 people that complain specifically that the dip makes them slower than a Prius. My very favourite was the dude that said the dip meant he had to take 5 minutes to get up to highway speed.
Really wish I had caught where you were headed because we could have got a chain going that would result in the explosion of sarcasm meters across the Internet.
Oh well I will know for next time (and god knows we will get a second chance at some point)

Since track day last year I'm too aware of my arm stretch so I've taken to moving up the seat and hoping I don't sacrifice my knees in an accident.

Gotta get serious about that steering wheel extension.

If I crash my knees are already toast, so it's really a balance of how far up can I tilt my seat before my head touches the roof vs. how stretched my arms are.
