I put this on a while ago, but forgot to update the thread. It's not the best picture, but you get the idea. I really like the piece and how it fills in the gap. It's pretty subtle for a TRD part which is nice.

Thanks to those that helped with the install steps.

I know this has probably been answered but is it possible to remove the trd logo with acetone or something?

I was thinking of wet sanding it out using 1500/2000 grit and then finishing with M105 and M205 Meguiars if the TRD is not imbedded in the piece..

Pretty sure it is clear coated as the logo seems just as shiny as the rest of the material.

Any answer from Bayson R?

Looks like stock with a red overlay. Possibly purchased from http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15927

That's a bummer....I can understand why since it is a pretty niche product.

Wonder if I can whip something up in autoCAD and send it off to a 3D printing service. It would be a fun challenge for me since I'm a CAD technician for a living but I always wanted to get more into 3D modelling/visualization for my career development. I'll need a highly detailed model of the car though around that area.

OR...If anyone that has the actual part and not installed in the car yet, they can bring it to a laser scanning business to produce a CAD model and send it off to a 3D printing business to produce replicas for us for a cheaper price? (I'm sure you'll be breaking a bunch of copyright laws in the process if Toyota catches on..)
