Anybody else with a vague ETA (of June)?

Good luck! I hope you get it. It kind of makes me sad that you ordered yours two weeks ago and I ordered mine 3 months ago and you're slated to get yours sooner.

My dealer is supposed to get a similar car to mine mid-July. The only difference is that it has added accessories that I really don't need nor want to pay for. It was unclaimed a few weeks ago, if it's still available I'll jump on it. Back then the dealer told me he had no idea when my car would come in, said it was possible it could come in by the end of July so I decided to hold of on switching orders. Now I'm kicking my self for that.

Well, I'm not slated to get anything yet. As far as I know it could be a pre-sold car that's popped up on their inventory. The car I actually ordered is set to come around October....maybe.

Yea man I feel for ya. I preordered late March, I'm #6 of 12. Manager said that 4 and 5 get delivered in July for sure. Honestly this is what I expected from the start, dealer told me they get 2 per month, so I expected late July or early August. I've just been impatient regardless.

Well I'm hopefully running down a car nearby. I'm just hoping it's not a "presold" car that has popped up on their inventory. I'm fairly certain the SWP car listed at my nearby dealer is a pre-sold BRZ that got listed. Hopefully this isn't a similair case.

As of last Wednesday (6-27-12) after being on a "wait list" status for 107 days my order now shows delivery of my BRZ as July, generic I know, but it's at least a flicker of light at the end of a very long tunnel.

Thats awesome, Im at 97 days and still no info. What number were you in on the list at the dealer?

Similar experience. Received an email from my contact at SoA customer service just this week to notify me that I had a vague ETA of August. Ordered March 1st, #4 at my dealership; #1, #3, #2, delivered in that order already.

since u guys emailed soa i thought i try as well to get a more concrete answer to when my vehicle would be coming and this is what i got.

Called SOA today and got an interesting response from the usual your car is on waitlist. I talked to a rep by the name of AMY and she said "you car is on waitlist but there probably should be more info, we arent at full staff today but Ill find out more for you by tuesday"

For some reason I think theres more info available than reps are releasing due to being notified. Then again I can just be cherry picking here at nothing. All I know it was a different response that I havent gotten from SOA before

My dealer called me today with my ETA of July 9! I'm so excited! I ordered early April.
