Those wheels appear to be the same wheels that came on the 2008 Forester XT Sports, which are made by Enkei and are 17x7, +48, 5x100. The 18" versions of those wheels exist but are $$$$ and have to be imported.
All current Subaru models are 5x100, except for the STi and Tribeca, which are 5x114. It'd be nice if the FT-86 came with 5x114 hubs, but my guess is that they'll be 5x100, unless there's an STi version. I'm also guessing that the test mule is non-turbo. That's definitely not a front mount intercooler, and the scoop is blocked off. |

You're absolutely correct - they come in the following sizes:
17x7, +48, 5x100 18x8, +48, 5x100 18x8, +55, 5x114 (STi Spec C Type RA-R) 17x8, +50, 5x114 (STi Spec C Typa RA2005) 18x8, +50, 5x114 17x7.5, +55, 5X100 18x7.5, +55, 5x100 I'm just speculating that they're the 17x7, +48, 5x100 version due to they're availability in the States. I hope they come out with an STi version with 5x114 hubs, UEL exhaust, and maybe AWD if they utilize the current drivetrain. |

Also, you're forgetting that, that welded together Subie was first found in Germany, so there's a chance of having different wheel sizes too... but 17x7 was my first guess & 17x7.5 or 18x7.5 were my second guess. Last edited by ichitaka05; 09-02-2010 at 02:54 PM. |

I will warn that this calculation could be wrong, so it can only be taken so seriously
![]() This was a calculation made earlier in the year by someone on a different FT86 forum. Their conclusion that it was both the FT86 concept, the mule in nurburgring was 5x100. http://www.tune86.com/ft-86-forum/29...-pattern-5x100 Quote:

Man I hope the FT makes an appearance at the LA auto show. I could almost see there being a little more info about it if it's there.

I was under the impression that the new Impreza was 5 x 114.3 so the 5 x 100 doesn't make sense. Or is it just the STI and WRX now?
