With a little bit of help from the used classifieds I'd probably build my car again..

-Open Flash Header
-P&L 2.5" over pipe
-P&L 2.5" front pipe
-P&L 2.5" catback
-Cold air intake
-Crawford BPB
-Crawford AOS
-OFT Tune
-Aluminum drive shaft
-Light weight pulleys
-RPF1 17x9
-255/40 tires -federal 595 RS-R's are an incredible street legal track tire for the $$$
-Nissan 4pots & LGT rotor diy BBK with stop tech pads
-ISC Coilovers

All of these might not net you 300hp like a turbo, but it makes the car wicked fun and keeps it naturally aspirated reliable. I had a 450whp saabaru with jdm sti swap with full supporting mods. And this little bugger is far more fun.
Do some weight reduction too, this car can surprise you..
