money, spend money on your car with modifications. That would make your car faster thus making you broke. Or you can go trade your car in and get something that has a great amount of power stock (IE: 550i, GTR, C5/6/7,C63) and you would just have to spend money on maintenance and spend more money making it faster.

Keep your car in areas of low elevation. The air is denser there.

I think you should loose the stickers. Less drag, more aerodynamic, more speed.

In all seriousness... an SCCA membership. Spend a summer autocrossing. You'll have a blast, you'll learn what your car is really capable of, and, most importantly, you'll learn how to handle your car at the edges of its performance envelope. Oh, and you'll meet a whole bunch of people who actually know something about driving, and who will happily ride along with you and point out the things you need to do in order to improve. You'd pay hundreds of dollars, if not more, to get the same information at a driving school or instruction-based track day. A screaming bargain, and a LOT of fun.

A lot of people on this forum seem happier with a good header and a good tune, there may be something to it. The FI section seems full of too many tragedies for me.
Also e85 if your gas stations have it and a tune is like nitrous for these cars.
