Ya this is the biggest POS dealership on this planet, they are scum, unprofessional, rude, everything. That mike character is trash too, a straight up scumbag. I remember when i first went in for the issue, he just finished getting off the phone with a customer, and began to make fun and call them obscenities. Good job, mike.

I am currently having an E-brake situation, I am replacing the wheel studs on my car and I wanted to adjust the ebrake, but I see that the problem looks like stretched e-brake cables.
Anybody heard of such problem ?

No but all the 86s I've driven have had pathetically loose hand brakes. I adjusted mine within the first week. Took it all up at the shoes.
