Yes, I suppose I can only speak for CA... now I'm doubting myself on whether it was even a question on the test or just something the instructor mentioned...

Techstream can adjust the sensitivity of the "auto" feature from what I've been told, but in this case, why not just cover the light sensor, so it thinks it's night all the time?

I've seen a little dot on the dash, driver's side near the windshield defroster vents (similar to the light sensors on the front of smartphones). That might be it
