I replaced the axle back with a muffler delete which saves around 23 lbs. I replaced the battery with a lithium battery which weights 2.3 lb saving another ~22. 225 bfg rivals on black plastidipped stock rims. Removed the rear swaybar. Blacked out my emblems, center of lower front bumper, and some interior items. Modified the intake snorkel. Removed the sound tube. Replaced the airfilter with a k&n. Made a catch can. Made a grounding kit. Replaced the orange fender lights with smoked because I cracked one of the stock ones. Made a shorty antenna. Added the brz trunk lid liner. Had a lot of clear paint protectant applied. Ceramic window tint. Flossy shift nob. Motul gear300 in the diff and trans. Most recently I got the OFT, and had Shiv do a little fine tuning on my stage1 tune.

I haven't had it on a Dyno yet because I am receiving my header some time next month and I plan to replace the over/front pipe with a high flow cat version from the same manufacturer as the header. Then I hope to get a custom tune.

If I had to guess where I am power wise I'd say mid 170s at the wheels, but I'm not terribly concerned at this point. The car runs great and I like the sound. Handles very well.

The list of things I want to do is far longer than the list I have finished.

I expect ~ 200 whp on 93 pump gas once I have completed the exhaust and custom tune.

Header is the new nameless as is the track pipe and I plan to get the over/front pipe as well from them. Most likely 2.5" but it depends on what they develop next

So really I have just gotten started changing things and I'm doing it slowly. I've had the car since 5/12. 17k miles.

I've done the vast majority of the tweaking myself because it is fun and I'm working a tight budget.

Sounds sweet. I've been looking into the openflash tablet but I'm wondering if i could get a custom tune for headers over pipe and catback set up and an injen intake

I'd say get a new shift knob, that's what I did first! I'm about to pull the trigger on buying a Cat Back (M7) and then get a 30% window tint throughout the car. After that, I'm going to put everything to a hold and focus on school haha.

Don't waste money on an intake until grimmspeed releases theirs. Nothing on the market so far is (noticeably)better than a drop in filter + modified snorkel.

They already have base stage 2 tunes out on the oft for catless aftermarket headers. They are testing another update for stage2 right now. The oft uses free tuning software so most tuners should be able to use it to do full on custom maps when you're done adding mods.

If you aren't going to go bonkers forced induction I really do recommend the OFT or tires be your first performance upgrades. Well a drop I'm air filter replacement is the cheapest useful thing you could do so maybe start there. Again track the car stock once to learn it. It'll help you better appreciate the upgrades you make.

TIRES!

By far the most difference that any mod has made so far!

And if you're looking for faster AutoX or lap times, get yourself some education behind the wheel. Don't be the guy that spent $2,000 on his car and still gets beat at the AutoX by a guy in a bone stock car that is just a better driver. A completely stock car is a perfectly acceptable tool for learning car control!

Just my opinion but unless you can make 50hp more power than stock, I wouldn't go with stickier tires. One reason the stock car is so fun is because it's has just enough mechanical grip to match its power output. Add too much grip without more power and it becomes less fun to drive. On my own car, I did upgrade the wheels and tires (and lowered the car a bit). But I went with some pretty low grip Nitto tires. Looks nice at 245mm wide but not that grippy which keeps it nice and drifty!

OP- for more info about the OpenFlash Tablet, feel free to PM me or email sales@vishnutuning.com. Or just click on the link on my sig

What I would want is different rims and better quality tires. I see you use the openflash tablet and headers how much power are you making?

On E85, my car (OFT+OFH+modified intake duct) makes 204whp. On 91oct, right around 190whp. On 93oct, expect to see 190-195whp

Dude that's awesome. Do you think I can make more power with full exhaust system?

i second this. A weighted shift knob isn't too expensive, blings up your interior and changes one of the most essential movement you do in your daily driving. Every single on of my frds that have driven my car commented on how great the shifter feels

Without a tune, you'll likely make little to no more power than stock. A tune should be your first mod. An OFT is only $499 and it will continue to grow with you and your cars mods.

I spoke with the owner of a local shop and his opinion (I agree) is that if you do one thing to wake this car up it should be changing the rear end ratio. This is doubly true with an automatic because they completely screwed them over ratio-wise. I'm saving my pennies for this very mod as my first big one (after the stereo upgrade).

I just did my first mod. Motul and a kart boy trans bushing. The clunck and sticky gears are gone!
