sorry to hear that. I hope those people who steal parts get their karma such as fatally illness, hit by lightening...etc

Someone stole one of my valve stem caps the other day while I was at dinner. I dunno if they were a klepto or something. Super annoying thing to have to go replace. It definitely happened then, as I was afraid I hit the curb so I checked my wheel before dinner (nothing, ran over an acorn), and double-checked on my way out and saw the missing cap.... Lol. Weirdest theft ever. Not even custom, just normal black plastic $1 caps.

that happened to me too on my previous car... except they stole just two. i found out later from a friend that apparently it happens to a lot of people but most just dont notice or care. and who does it? retarded fucknuts who ride bicycles and want valve stems for their bicycles.

I asked my wife for clear ones for christmas and recanted because of this thread.

Guess I tried too hard with my joke. They're all clear in Europe.

This is why I just remove everything on my car before everyone else can! Markers, antenna, panels, wheels, radio, motor... Stole it all from my own car first so those meddling kids can't get it!

This is my baby as she sits currently:

Normal people do this too right?

Wow, that's got to be one the dumbest things somebody could say! It just makes him look like an idiot for not knowing the cars are 95% the same.

BTW, I live in Rancho Palos Verdes, but the attempted thefts occurred in Torrance and in Cypress.

I guess I should be thankful that the bastards only try to steal the cheapest modification that I have on my car.

People can easily steal your RexSpeeds(wing mirrors) if you aren't careful too. Make sure to FOLD them in when parking!

OK... Given that it's xmas season and that I am taking entrance exams into med school Jan 8th ($200 cost just to sit for exam) and well, because life... I am one of those owners who can't afford $40 clears. But I don't steal them. I remind myself that after medical school, I will likely be able to afford that exhaust I want, or the $40 clears. I will likely be able to buy the tails and redo the entire sound system (A single 8" sub should be good for a non-audiophile, right?)

It sounds like I am *REALLY* lucky with where I live though. We have about 30 cars here in the AZ86 group and we cover the majority of the state. When one of us has an issue, the other 29 try to pitch in to help out. and one of our users just straight up gave a few parts to one of our other less fortunate members because they are just fucking awesome like that.

Stealing from other members? really? and TIRE CAPS!? It's like $6 for a set of 16.
