There are guys with just e85 tunes and bolt ons in the low 5s spinning lol... as mentioned above the turbo ones are doing it in the low 4s and under with 300-400whp. Spinning is the problem for sure, mine does like crazy and I'm stock still.

You look pretty high up there NoFear, what's the elevation above sea level. That probably is one of the biggest factors for a normally aspirated motor.

Street grip sucks so I launch hard at the track. Im on RS3s remember so your results may vary with different tires, even of the same quality.

Find the spot to let out all of your clutch play (since these pedals are dead for the first 50%). Once you have the the clutch out to the point the car's moving, push it back in BARELY, just to stop the rolling. 4000rpm, then I pick up off of it as quickly as possible (note that I'm not sidestepping it). Put the throttle to the mat a the same time and you're off.

That helps a ton. I'm on Bridgestone RE-11As so it might be similar. They like slightly lower pressures so I'm probably looking at a decent amount of grip.

I did a launch at 216whp with the crappy stock tires, traction control on which slows the car down a great deal, and slow shifting while holding the camera and steering with one hand. I think it's about 5.6s
Give me better tires and a camera mount, I think I can get to the 4s
