Oh you notice it. My Invidia Q300 exhaust was quite for the first few 100 miles then the packing broke in and it sounds great now.

Really? I have the Perrin Non resonated and I don't hear any rattling at all. Is there any links to said problem? (Not trying to troll or anything, I just really want to know)

I wasn't aware they made an axle back, but yes, it is the complete catback system, I can almost guarantee you would not be disapointed with it it sounds beautiful

That sounds good, but I'm not a fan of the quad tips.

This is the "custom axle back".....how similar does your muffler set up and piping look to this. I would appreciate your opinion thanks!!

This is the diagram for the catback, this is what it looks like, it's a quality exhaust system, and I can honestly say I'm 99.9% sure you won't be disapointed with it :-)

I have a M/T but that was what I heard from some guys with auto, Perrin may have fixed this issue, but I will post it back if I find a thread for it.

Exhaust shop for the catback is the way to go. I just had mine done for 385 bucks.
I loved the fact that I got to pick my tips and the exact trajectory they have.

j2 is good... because they back up their product.... i had a problem with mine and they sent me a new one. hanger was messed up and bent from rough shipping.

it weighs about 11lbs lighter than stock.
it added power at top end. Maybe a tiny loss at low end. but worth it.
i got the dual muffler exhaust. they also make another style.

its a bit loud but sounds good.

i later fixed that problem (loudness and low end power loss) by making inserts where the mufflers bolt up to the y pipe. the inserts restrict the exhaust flow upping the back pressure and making it a bit quieter. the hole for exhaust flow in the inserts are 2 inches. i think the stock exhaust is 2in and its one exit. so its still much more flow and lower back pressure than stock with my mods to it.

Muffler deletes are cheap. Buy one for $100 or if you have a welder, make one yourself for like $20 lol
