HIDs are xentec slims 35watt($30, lol), I've always ran these with awesome luck. In my gtr for years, Jdm bugeye headlights, and a few other cars to include the frs and the woman's car. I highly suggest the 5k's, the frs's are 6k and I'm not completely content with them. However, I've never have had to replace a bulb of a ballast ever! I also have a morimoto retro quik retrofit kit.

As for the switchbacks they're from @Lisa@TrueStreetIndustries + their supplied led friendly relay, 100% satisfied... I don't think I have any pics with the fogs on, but they're whatever bulbs came with the Subaru legacy glass lamps with yellow tint.

I'm on Stance coils... Revalved and 9k/10k spring rates. Look above for hid info

I know very little about lighting. Doesnt the frs come with projectors? whats the point of the retrofit?

Comes with projectors, however the cutoff isn't crisp/cleanly cut when using HIDs.

Hey mate,
Im looking to 18x10's for my ride as well but people seem to have mixed opinions about running 10's.
Do you mind sharing your suspension/wheels setup (offset, lowered, fender work, camber) please.

This is my opinion: are 10's necessary? Hell no. Are they easily fitted with the right offsets? Very. I have clearance to run a 265 still.

The wheels are 18x10 +38 front and rear. I'm lowered aprox 1.6" front & rear. With similar to robispec's rear strut mounts that lowered the rear of the car an inch. My Stance SS+ pro's in the rear are close to maxed out in the highest setting.

As far as fender work, my fronts are rolled flat and pulled. This was done prior to going to 18x10's as I always try to produce the most clearance possible so I never have to worry about it in the future. Rear quarters have the entire small lip removed.

Alignment specs last I had it on the rack about 45 days ago were -1.5x front and -1.6x rear, 0 toe all around, 6.355 degrees of caster up front. I have brz/frs specific SPC LCA's and toe links.

I'm dropping the 10's soon, to go to a lighter wheel as I'll be adding a lot more rubber weight. Time to get some Volks.

Honestly I haven't done anything to her besides breaking my mirror and stacking up a small pile of parts. I got a new position/promotion that has required me to go through some development courses that have eaten up 14-17 hrs of my day, everyday up until this holiday break. But once I'm all settled in that new slot, I'll have all my free time back plus more mod money lol. It could be boosted like tomorrow but I'm thinking I might sell it all to a buddy, focus more on functional underbody aero, suspension mods, and major chassis bracing/cage. Stay NA but triple my torque lol

I'll try to see if I have any when it was fresh. I'm not satisfied as the red is kinda slightly showing now. I'm probably going to buy brides or have suede inserts in the shoulders as I know a guy that does upholstery.
