From the pictures it actually looked like they were for practical things, like changing where air blowing, for the tray in the door (which kinda scares me cause if thats what its for then if u put anything in there for very long would stretch out the leather and just be a big sagging POS) and the one zipper inbetween the Disk and DVD buttons maybe for a screen like in this picture
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/attac...7&d=1255200028 This is just how I see it. |

I guess I could see a screen there.. but that zipper doesn't seem big enough to allow for a very big screen, and if the screen comes out of there, I don't know where you'd put the DVDs, since there's a DVD logo right next to it.. maybe when the screen flips up, there's a slot at the bottom for disks?
I guess trying to know what the interior will look like from a concept is kind of like looking at a baby and trying to find out what music he'll listen to.. things change. All I'm saying here is the steering wheel's nice.. but there's one aspect I really do NOT want in the production version.. and that I like the rest of the interior, hope everything makes the cut, without raising their target price. Stereo options are important to me, but I'm much more interested in the car's performance on the road. |

Idk, I think it would be cool to have those zippers on there, and again all of what i said is merely speculation (basically what this entire website is right?). For the most part I really like the interior, and coudnt actually say that any of the interior i really wouldnt like that much, because its all new so until i try it out for myself have no experience of it to go off of.

Highly doubt the zippers will make it to production. Even if they did I wouldn't care. Whats under the hood / chassis means a lot more to me.
If the zippers stay then I know what my cars nickname will be at least! Zipper! |

I think the zipper idea will be an awesome innovation as long as they hide the actual zippers.
I can see the interior looking great in jet black leather, too. |

Funny how those futuristic interiors never ever make it into production models
