Oh yeah -- three designs.

Well if one is the ED, the other is G, and the last is Calty, then basically we're all getting bent out of shape over the final design on the front bumper.

It's not gonna look radically different from the other two, and the price and performance specs (what really matters!) are going to be the same.

No worries -- keep the faith, brothers and sisters

Also, many of us will probably end up buying lip or body kits, so the final version each one of us actually drives around in is going to be a little different anyway...

Hopefully the great moderator in the sky won't disagree with me making a comparison of this recently released picture of the POSSIBLE FT-86 and a 2001 prius. I own a 2001 prius and noticed that the hood, front marker lights, and front intake almost perfectly match(hood especially). I think this is why I have issues with this design. I am sure this is just a hoax. Crossing fingers and holding out for the ED2 design....

Hopefully this one is a liftback/hatchback cause that was my only gripe about the ED2 design.

If they are making final revisions to the Calty design in March maybe we'll see that car at the Geneva or New York Auto Shows.

And this report of increased overhangs along with the Automobile magazine article stating the engine lies in front of the axel like current imprezas to me seems like confirmation that the Subie variant will come with symmetrical AWD. There was no way the subie awd system was going to fit in the ED2 design so a change to the Calty design may have been necessary.

Calty, hmmm....

Pro: designed last Celica, which was liftback only.

Con: designed the last Celica.

Here's the Celica series in comparison, with the last being the Calty design. (This forum really needs a spoiler tag. Sorry for the image overkill.)

Looks like this is a clearer version of the Calty Design found it on Motor Trends site under "Toyota MR2 Revival" Still like the ER Concept but this will still do.

We posted & discussed that here back in December.

It looks like crap compared to the ED2 design.
