I did mine tonight. I was terrified!!!!!!! They turned out GREAT! Well worth the risk. Just go really slow and don't look for perfection! I have a couple fisheyes, but nothing that won't buff out. Gonna let the clear dry for a couple weeks, they polish them up. They already look factory and I haven't even cleaned them up yet

looks great, but not sure if you prepped the lights before spraying or not but almost everyone i have seen diy has not. you really need to wetsand with 800 grit prior to spraying if you want good long term adhesion. there is almost no chemical bond adhesion and down the road that will more than likely show. wetsand with 800 grit should work well with the spray can method. i dry sand with 600 when i do them but im spraying real urethane apple candy and clear so the thickness and higher solids levels out the prep scratches instantly. not sure if spray can/ low solids would cover a dry 600 grit scratch.

I've painted the inside of lights a couple times before, so I wasn't new to doing this. First time doing the outside, so it was a little scary. Not perfect, but not bad.
