I don't think he is alive anymore!

I have been messaged him and didn't get a response, but he still is the best vendor in this entire forum! No doubt about that!

Thats what i thought too but hes busy moving. Took me a couple weeks to get a hold of him. Text/calling is your best bet.

Text or email is the best way. I have not had any issues getting in contact with @JoeBoxer, he responds almost immediately.

I definitely had great communication with him while on the process of ordering stuff. But after you received your shipment and a few months later if the part either fails or have a recall, he doesn't get back with you at all. I dont know if he is ignoring his PM inbox or just dont got time, but leaving his cellphone number so we can talk/text would've been something to prove that he cares about his customers.

I was always under the impression that forum vendors are suppose to get in contact with their customers and help them out instead of ignoring them. But bah... just letting him know that he needs to work on his follow-up communication. Great guy, but needs to work on his "follow-up" communication....

sorry guys I haven't been on here, went through some things and moving also but getting settled in. vendors here were giving products away for less than I could get them for so it was just not worth keeping vendor status. I can always be reached by email at razorbackperformance@gmail.com
