Other than the stiff shifting into 2nd (lube change to Pentosin MTF-2 will fix) I've had zero issues. My car was one of the first made VIN-11XX.

Currently have 5,500 miles.

Me too.

The CEL issues is a minority but you wouldn't know when reading the forums.

mechanically, none aside from the usual crap such as
-fuel pump crickets
-2nd gear being hard to get into on a cold start

mileage is around 4100

on the other hand, concerning electronics, the navigation never gets signal.

My car was built April 25th and I took delivery May 29th. Just a shade under 8,000 miles on it as of today. ZERO issues or flaws whatsoever. Other than that the drivers side floor mat is showing what I would call premature wear, from where my heel hits. When that's the biggest problem, I have to say: big whup. The car is fantastic.

I enjoy the car just as much now as when it was brand new. Pure driving pleasure that has not dulled. And, a real pleasure to look at and behold, as well. The car still seems new and fresh to me, in fact. And it still gets all the looks, thumbs up, and questions from passersby about it. The leading brand people confuse it with: "Is that an Aston Martin?" Anyway -- I still get that "pinch me" feeling when I see it, get in it, and most of all, drive it!

Have to say I'm feeling better with all the positive responses. And yes, I'm aware of the "internet effect" where you only hear the negatives, so taken with a grain of salt. I think I'll suck it up and wait for my car to get here. I'm excited!

Almost 9,000 miles, 1st86, low VIN, no issues at all other than not being able to get it to a track yet!

I'm at 4300 miles and the only thing that have come up is the chirping and my drivers side door rubber weather strip getting caught in the window every time it rolls up. Dealer is fixing the weather strip but it's cold here now and the chirping hasn't come back yet so I'll have to wait until warmer weather hits to make this claim.

Almost 3000 KM, only problems are the light condensation of the DRLs and taillights, and sometimes the rough idle when coming to a stop. Other than that, the car is great!

13,000 miles

Cel light - engine pulled apart vvti gears, solenoid and ecu replaced
Speaker cover rattles
Cell phone issue causing passenger airbag sensor to go off - reported and investigated thoroughly before this was a known issue
Rattling under the car from skid plate needing washers
Having a second fuel pump assembly installed for chirps
New transmission , clutch and flywheel being installed for fourth gear grinding
Passenger window issue switch replaced for auto down issue
Shift knob replaced for being installed incorrectly
Tail light condensation -dealer would not do anything since it was dry even though I had a pic

I still love this car though.

All I did was look at this thread, and my car had a wonky idle right after startup! That said, nothing at all to report yet.
