Looking at the pics, I can't see how those clips would offer any more support over 3M

The clip are to just cover the wholes on the gurney flap, not meant to provide any more support. I dont want to drill into my spoiler...

edit: sorry I get what you mean.. yeah those clips drilled in probably wont do much for more support..

The clips are a fail safe. If the 3M tape fails, then the clips would keep the gurney attached.
Kinda the same reason that there were like 17 holes for the 04-07 STi high wing and we have 7 or so in our low wing.

I mocked it up last night, but it was too late to take any decent pictures. The 'so-so' quality of the wing looks 10x better when it is actually on the car. In my opinion, looks better than stock. I'll definitely be putting it on!

Cant wait to see... With the darker colors this may add a bit of flair without the "too much add on" look..

Installed it today! It's smaller than I thought but I think it looks good and adds that needed flair to the low stock wing.

How did install go, did you just use the 3M or did you also drill the holes ?

Thanks, no prob! Install was super easy but I just used the 3m tape. Not sure if I want to drill the holes since the tape is holding pretty strong.

Yeah it looks like the 3M covers a good majority of the lip, so long as it went onto a clean surface it should be rock solid!

Did you fill in the two holes ?
