I think we should treat them the same as drunk drivers. It's the same level of driving impairment and equally dangerous and irresponsible. Suspend the license for 6 months and spend a night in jail on the first offense.

The rage when people text/call and drive... Agree with enc0re. Treated as drunk drivers.
Because obviously, that call is more important than the lives of people around you.
