So I'm working on 3d printing something for the window sales. Not much real estate there, so I'm wondering if a full opening or NACA duct (that I could barely squeeze in there) is better.

ETA: The ends are "clipped" because my 3d printer's claimed 10x10 footprint is really 9x9. I'll prob get it printed on a buddy's 12x12 once I get it down perfect.

So definitely not perfect but it’s really hard to get 3d measurements on a curved plane. I’m not upset at all for the second try.

Big problem is I’m out of “footprint” on my 3d printer. The other problem is that the car lives at the racetrack, which is about 70 miles from home. So whatever pictures and measurements I have is all I have to work with when I get home. I print one bring it back next time I come to the track, which is about every 10 days, so it’s a slow revision process.

However, I’m getting closer. Maybe 2 more revisions and then I’ll ask my buddy with a bigger 3d printer to print it.

So this ended up being pretty great for a race, except it wasn't.
It definitely ducts a ton of air and keeps fog off the windshield with the duct rerouted.

However, I have those small "F3 style" mirrors, so it blocked the inner 1/3 of those.

However, someone else knocked one of the mirrors off, so that solved that problem. Going back to OEM. I'm not sure what the drag difference is, but having more mirror is really helpful in mixed field racing.
