Yes, they would, particularly if you were getting a discount because the safety features are there.

Which also brings up the question how much your rates will go up because how much it will cost to repair a vehicle with all those sensors. I was watching an Autoline Daily news report (on YouTube) where they said it will cost 39,000 to repair a drivers side front corner on a Kia K900

that sounds logical, but there is some sort of discount because of traction control, yet we all know how to turn it off. Also for abs, etc, and you can pull the fuse or buy a box that turns it all of if you wish. We've all seen the accidents caused solely because someone turned off the nannies in these cars.

And if the insurance company bothered to investigate and found that not having the system on (or intentionally disabled through "extreme actions") they could decide to at least fight you over the claim, depending on the policy language.

Of course the computer is making everything better, faster, quicker, and more efficient in the end and with less errors that humans. Just imagine how bad it would be if all these morons on their cell phones didn’t have the computers helping them out. It’d be a GD catastrophe! As it is right now these morons can’t even stay in their lane while looking at that damn phone. Pay attention morons!!
