The car is excellent as it is. If you are counting your dollars to stay under $200, don't do anything, buy gas and just drive.

I'd do the sound generator delete (about $4-10). and if you don't like the soft clutch then the clutch spring delete (free).


Anything else is what you like.....there is not best.

I'm glad @Tcoat iis around to herd us cats back to the point of the thread. He's right, of course (though quick on the draw with cringe-worthy images). My "favorite" under $200 mods would be comfort-oriented rather than performance: adding the hinged console lid/armrest, or replacing all of the audio speakers. Biggest bang for the buck for me. (How to replace eight speakers for <$200, you ask? Easy: the stock speakers are so bad that even a modest investment will sound heavenly.)
