@humfrz @Tcoat ... Getting paranoid again lol ... I'm dropping her off at the dealer this Friday to have the clutch and TOB inspected for anything out of the ordinary. Something feels off and the TOB has gotten louder over the course of the last few weeks. I've thought about getting the ACT TOB as the quality seems to trump the OEM. (In the event the dealer finds something)

No squeal, but I've noticed the howling at idle getting more noticeable (clutch out).

I've learned that the TOB is always rotating in these cars.

Ya best to get it checked then. The quality of the TOB isn't really the issue but more the fork that holds it. May want to check on what is available for those.

My bmw 330ci had the same clank noise. Totally normal.
