BOth are Subarus!

At least it is the 3.6R version. The leather interior, both have. BRZ has limited slip differential, i wont drive in snow without that on a car, so VW GTI SE has it, BRZ. The BRZ lacks HarmonKardon audio, which is a bummer the only detractor for the car. That and killing my girlfriend in an accident with a 2800 lb car. I hear though i just have to avoid small overlap (which is 3% of all collisions, 70% is head on + medium overlap).

Yes, many cars I have looked at. I initially wanted a VW GTI SE as it has everything I could want in a car, even down to a CD player. Hauls ass, beautiful interior, perfect crash test ratings, nice german paint and 12 year rust warranty, etc. But, I think reliability is crap and their finance department sucks it seems.

LOL And these are both horses:

Those are two very different cars. Actually the more I read into your thoughts the less I think you will be happy with the BRZ even with the 2017 changes. They are a bit more refined then they were and way more so than the FRS but they are still basically a raw sports car. If the GTI was your benchmark I can see you really disliking these in a very short time. In all honesty the Legacy may be much more what you are looking for.

I'll pile on with Tcoat. I am in love with mine but I'm the target market. The twins are about as bare-bones-sports-car as you can get. If a quiet ride and creature comforts are remotely important to you then look elsewhere.

Hm. I appreciate cool cars. It's like my taste in women. People notice I don't have a Type but they are always hot and interesting.

My favorite cars were my 1988 v6 manual transmission Camaro and this r53 Mini cooper S 2006. I have driven very huge cars as well.

I like a cool car. Mini, prior to 2007, was a beautiful car, and truly unique on many levels. I would get another in the All4 Clubman S, as the "updated" Hardtop 2 door version now is super lackluster and doesnt even have LSD. Its also turbocharged and mine was supercharged. I never have much lag. Clubman all4 s is a cool car and looks awesome. Has every feature even synthetic leather which is ideal.

Vw gti se would be optimal, but forums are full of many large issues, way more than any subaru forum. The BRZ limited has style. I would buy a new hardtop convertible Miata if it would not be a death trap in NYC. I go for style, something different. The Legacy 3.6R is outside my zone, but i drove it and it was super impressive on highway, turns in heavy rain, and the stereo is strangely awesome for $30,430 dollars. 70% chance i get the brz though as i drive with much.... "Strategy" on the road.

When i was young i did some getaway driving. I became interested after that in what a car's limits are. The legacy is a perfectly motor balanced unique subaru and that is kinda neat. The brz is neat on like many levels.
