Pretty much already done. It will follow the same as the previous years. Fastest group will leave first. Slowest will leave last.

So to all that will be in San Antonio on the Friday before the big 8/6 day meet on Saturday we will be having a BBQ on Friday at around 5pm at Scorpion Autowerks.

I'll be coming to this - just booked my place to stay in Kerrville on Airbnb for Friday & Saturday evening. I also checked/torqued down my motor and transmission mounts & steering rack mounts and inspected the brakes yesterday.

I want to be in the slow group... don't feel like pushing it.

I just got my clutch upgraded so I'm still in the break in phase of some 500 miles. I'll be there but probably won't drive as I can't be pushing it.

Lead Drivers: @TEWwild, @AteMyShorts, me and I believe @Zubit, so far. Anyone else interested can lead a group if they are familiar with the run and know the guidelines/safety concerns. Just let me or @Shneegle know by Sat. morning. @TEWwild will lead the fastest group. The rest of us will be a bit more moderate!

As always, slower drivers should pony up to the rear of each group. Newbys...have no fear, we do slow down and make a few stops along the way should you get behind on some of the twisties. Everyone...please do not drive beyond the limits of your skills or vehicle capabilities. This is not a race and we want everyone to arrive at the Bent Rim Grill with 86's intact and drivers uninjured!

Lead drivers will meet briefly before departure from Medina so if anyone wants to form their own smaller group they need to speak up Sat. morning in order to get a spot for departure staging. Groups will leave approx. every 10 minutes. Typically, there are 7-15 cars per group.

We will line up groups on the side of the road that the Apple Store is located on so everyone should park across the street and spread towards the "downtown" area so we avoid parking in front of the residential housing.

Group leaders will decide if they go clockwise or counter clockwise on the Sisters run and prior to departure; the group leader will meet with their group briefly to make sure everyone knows the guidelines, determine if there are any vehicle issues or concerns regarding group members, answer questions and convey special instructions.

Important: Please arrive in Medina with at least 3/4th of a tank of fuel to avoid unnecessary delays along the way. And, don't forget some cell phone service is sporadic to non existent once we leave Medina, TX.
