Is it possible that our cars are invisible? cloaked?

My previous car was a POS Ford Taurus, and I never had a problem with it and other drivers. Now that I have a bright blue sports car, already 5 people have tried to change lanes into me in the last 5 months!

I mean come on people, how hard is it to look before you turn? Even being blue, I'm still invisible

Yeah I had a Hot lava and it definitely wasn't invisible to cops! It almost seemed like cops stared me down just waiting for me to go 1mph over.

I really wish my car was either invisible or cloaked today as I managed to drop a fucking socket that glanced off the front wing!! Doh!

* like @TRD-X says .... people just aren't payen attention

* like shiumai says ....."I try to make sure that i'm not suddenly in a place where people think i wasn't". Especially OLD people ..... takes them a while to process where you are ... especially if you keep making those "jerky" sports car moves.

My advice to my self is:

NEVER assume a person "sees" you, even if they are looking right at you.

ALWAYS drive my FR-S like I was riding on a motorcycle

WATCH MY SIX ..... this car can stop faster than 90% of the vehicles behind me .... so cut em some slack

I've had a Miata and an Mr2 Spyder, and I don't remember people pulling out onto the highway in front of me as much as they have in the FR-S.. of course I was younger back then and may not have noticed since I wasn't the "careful driver" either.

Well, there, old sports car driver, ....... maybe ..... just maybe, back in your younger days, you were driving much faster ....... thus reducing your exposure time to people pulling out in front of you ........
