I was working out 6times a week and put on a measley 6kg (16punds) on 3months.

Back at it now, but on a proper plan, and ive gained 4kg of lean mass (10pound) in 3weeks!!

I hear this is supposed to be tall for asians, but over where I live everyone is pretty tall, so this talk of "average asian girls" being 5'1" or something is hard to believe...

I live in the Bay Area, and at school there are plenty of asian girls over 5'5"...I hear this is pretty abnormal rofl. Plenty of guys around 6'.
My grandpa is 185 cm I think (6'1.5"?) and he grew up practically starving, so I think I probably could've grown a bit taller if I actually slept on time >_> Nevermind 6' is good, over that it becomes a little freaky.
