I have to say, the wait is killing me. Ordered a WHOLE bunch of things and I'm just impatient as hell lol, esp with the weather being nicer

I ordered a set of lights from them as it was stated in stock, when the invoice came the invoice says special order while the item page is still instock....

Seems like they silently increased prices recently. Had an item in my cart from last week and went to order; noticed at the last second the price had gone up despite the front page showing the old price.

Placed an order today at 1215 for something that was supposed to be 'special order'. I received an email at 1445 saying that the item has been shipped.

Ordered 3 Item that listed in stock on Dec 22, Usually in the past whenever I placed an order with them for an item that is in stock, it usually ship out within the next couple of days.

Today is the 27 and I still haven't received any email regarding my order status. sent in an email yesterday but still haven't gotten any reply back.

I've order stuff off from them quite a lot, but this is the first time I've experience this kind of miscommunication.

but its the holiday season so Im hoping they will get back to me "soon"

I wouldn't worry. 22nd was a friday and 23-26 were all holidays. Today is the first business day back. If they're swamped, it may not ship until like jan. 2

So pass forward to the 27th, I sent an email and got a reply. he said that it takes 24-48 hours to process and ship out the product.

today is 5th of January. 8 days and I still haven't received any information regarding shipping.

the last time I bough something from them that listed on their website "In-Stock" I received it within 3 days.

I think im going to cancel my order and take my business else where.

My experience was pretty positive, ordered Headers/FP, shipped out at same day and they are at my door after a week, considering the holidays.

Will definitely buy again,

Don't email them, message them on fb chat and see what's up. I get a reply pretty quick and they tell me right away what's happening with my order

for me it was the opposite, I only purchased camber bolts and clear side marker, they are not big item that would take long to package. and both listed "in stock"

order on the 22nd of dec, and its now 5 of january.
