This sounds really stupid, but I don't know yet. My car is being replaced by the factory for a defect it had, so They told me I could purchase it with a discount on the new one. I am guessing I am in the 800's though ( I hope). I am really not that impressed with the sound of many of the other after market compared to the TRD and the TRD is made to look perfect on the car. I figure that it can be my base exhaust, and if I ever want to go crazy, I can get the Tommy Kaira at that point.

Hmm....after doing research, and watching vids, I just feel as if the TRD exhaust is the best bet. It is a bit pricey though....
Would you guys get the TRD exhaust if it were cheaper? Or even at it's price right now, is it worth it? |

I like the tips and sound of the TRD, price isn't that bad compared to some others on the market but i have a hard time paying $1k for an exhaust system from anybody.

As a side note, the best sound was from Auto Factory in Japan, but a couple of things ket me away from it. The tips are ugly, the sound was made by more parts than just the catback and lastly, the price was ridiculous.

From the looks of things, I WILL be getting the Invidia catback exhaust for my FRS. My FR-S is blue...so would you guys go for the burnt tip or just stainless?
Wish me luck. I WILL post pictures and videos. |
