I believe I am going to use FA20Club. Probably order the license and tune tomorrow.
Doesn't FA20Club use ecutek base software? I was pretty sure all the tunes are based on ecutek software right now?

There is an open ecu version that is not ecutek. They allow you to edit your own maps. They dont have the racerom features like ecutek does. With ecutek you rely on a tuner to make your maps, you data log then they refine the tune based on the logs, then you install the new tune using your cable.

If anyone needs a cable you can use mine, if you just need help installing a tune let me know.

The only question I have now is E85 or not? I obviously know the benefits for turbo but what about NA, is there any benefit?

I love It myself. So much more power. Fuel economy sucks 17mpg. Waiting for visconti to finish his flex fuel kit. That way I can mix both fuels and get the better fuel economy and power. Ill be doing flex fuel for a while before I innovate.

Yruyur did you need anything extra? Did you just drive till empty, fill up on e85 and drive the basemap to get it tuned?

If its still stalling you should have Toyota fix it before tuning. This is a safety concern. Make a few more trips to the dealer. Make sure they document that you are concerned for your safety since its stalling. Make sure you get this in writing when they check in the car. After 4 attempts to fix it you get a new car from the lemon law. If you get hit at an intersection because the car car stalled then you have a lawsuit. Toyota is very concerned for safety issues and stalling is considered one of them.

Alright I will keep hitting them up. Is this going to require me to reinstall my stock intake again?

I would put the stock one back on until the issue is reaolved. Since the issues technically could be related to afr they could blame that. Have them fix the issue, once thats done then put your intake on. At least thats my opinion.
