Last time I gave the dogs cooked rib bones they both got sick. Not doing that again.

It was an actual USDA prime roast. My son had never cooked one before. I told him it really wasn't the piece of meat to learn with, and we could cook it perfect medium rare in the oven, but no, he wanted to show off his Treager.

It was a touch over medium well. We still ate it.
