Sent from my VS840 4G using Tapatalk edit: now that i'm on my computer....basically, there was a cop sitting out front. he went after some jackass in a truck who sped by, so people started doing burnouts. one idiot didn't know what he was doing, lost control and spun into a fire hydrant. I'm trying to find a video of it, but i guess nobody's uploaded it yet.
