So here's what we got.
We made a few of these to test the waters, basically a 3" MAF housing, support arm, and giant K&N filter. This is a huge amount of filtration area and it just clears the AC lines etc. And an engine bay shot of the prototype (plain and made of scrap sections, new ones are one-piece, this filter is 5 years old and hasn't been cleaned!) Note that with some oil coolers you may need to move it a bit closer towards the front. There's enough bracket on there so you can easily cut the end and drill a new hole. Black and blue available as of today, we will make black, blue, and red for inventory later this month. Yellow is spoken for so that's August delivery. Please understand the merits of a large surface area vs a cooler charge. We have been testing this setup on both pump gas and ethanol, with the 70mm pulley, intercooled and not, summer and winter. With the IC setup you won't notice the heat, on the non-IC setup and pump gas you will when you first take off on a really hot day. With ethanol the 10-15 degree difference makes 0 difference. For reference, the SC flows 445 CFM. You'll empty that engine bay hot air in seconds. This intake is designed for a no compromise flow path. The filter and MAF body are as big as you'll ever need on the 210 (and 335....) Because we're not trying to fit it in the bumper space, the filter size is unrestricted. Replacement filters are a common K&N part. This will give you lots of whine for sure, especially with the 70mm. See our youtube channel for examples. |

If it fits you can just cut off the mounting arm. We made this so it can work with the other systems that use the stock airbox, i.e. AVO, NA setups.
Where it sits it has the highest chance of getting cold air though. Putting it back there you're more likely to get the overpipe and heat from the passenger side head. Up front you're right by the bumper. |

I did it on one of my FA20club IAT plates, but never actually hooked it up since i had stopped using that sensor (and lost the tubing that came with my AEM failsafe). I've got replacement tubing now and may try to see if i can get it back together this afternoon.
